I am not usually very political but I wanted to show my support. To be honest though, if I had it my way I would just make Sarah Palin President!

bad news

Just found out a friend of mine was killed by a roadside IED, improvised explosive device, in Iraq. It sucks. I was beginning to think that things in the middle east were getting better, I was wrong.

8 years later..

Well, I made it to Oregon. I can't believe it's been eight years since I left home. I mean I've visited of course but it's been exactly eight since I left home to join the army. I'm even staying in my old room which looks very different that it did when I left. I currently have hello kitty curtains courtesy of my niece. Not sure what I'm going to do now that I'm here....
